Meet the Author

Frank Hanna is CEO of Hanna Capital LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. He has been engaged in private equity and venture capital for over twenty-five years and is featured in the PBS documentary The Call of the Entrepreneur. A recipient of the William B. Simon Prize for Philanthropic Leadership, Mr. Hanna has advised and served on the boards of numerous think tanks and speaks frequently about macroeconomics, education, and philanthropy. He has been intimately involved in education reform for thirty years, including chairing a presidential commission on education, and has been instrumental in founding eight new educational institutions, from preschool through postsecondary. Mr. Hanna is also the founder of the Solidarity Association, which acquired and continues to serve as the trustee of the world’s oldest copy of the Gospel of Luke (and the oldest copy of the Lord’s Prayer).
